I applied for a personal loan at thika
and th people who were assisting me
assured that it was going to take 8
working days. They have not been
giving me any updates on the
progress and now its two weeks down
th time. In my view, customer
relations is very poor since at some
point the guys who were assisting
started giving me contradictory
responses and I could tell they were
lying... worst thing is, when you tell a
customer a certain kind of loan will
take a certain period of time, they plan
for th money within th promised
time.. your employees at thika have
very poor customer relations. #too
frustrated# if a loan is gonna take a

This is the most rogue bank we have
out here.they keep deleting my posts
to hide their discrepancies.they costed
me close to 400k jst 2 process a
loan&i was to loose another 500k
when loan was 2 be disbursed.when i
requested a review on their charges
my loan was cancelled after 6months
of excruciating waiting.i have tried
seeking a way forward for this
brutual&foul move.but they resulted
to ignore my plea&keep deleting
posts in hope to hide my plea.what
faulu has costed me in terms of
money,time,business deal is
something I would never wish it on
my worst enemy.to be incapacitated
to such level&now they delete my
posts!yet they claim to be a Christian
organization. Beats my mind.even my
village sacco has better ethics&are not
as brutal as this bank.so every
complain above only drafts the path
faulu has taken.and failure of its
CS.when I think of 15yrs in business
the worst experience, this is it.not the
day I was conned or goods stolen but

Talk of beast, FAULU is a beast and
also FAULU is a FOSA and not a Bank.
If you are under TSC or CIVIL SERVANT
please DON'T TAKE any LOAN with
this Microfinance. Without your notice
they will delay without making
deductions and if you beg them to
make those deductions, they will tell
you to wait everything will be well. You
will be shocked to hear that your loan
has been rescheduled, you have
accrued amount and on top of that
you will be forwarded to CRB.
Rescheduling process incurs extra
amount on the client who borrowed
the loan. After rescheduling, these
inconvenience you because of the
time you had planed to finish paying.
AM A VICTIM OF THIS TYPE FRAUD.
This was after i begged them to make
deduction on my salary which was
coming through them. They delayed
for 8 months, they forwarded me to
CRB, and they are making deductions
of accrued amount which they created
themselves. PLEASE DON'T BE A
VICTIM OF THIS SO CALLED "FAULU
BANK". Thinking of borrowing, go to
those well established financial
institutions like KCB, Equity etc. AM
CAMPAIGNING AGAINST THIS BANK
AND WARNING THOSE AROUND ME
AND ALSO THOSE WHOM WE WORK
WITH. "FAULU BE AWARE THAT
SOMEONE HERE IS CAMPAIGNING
AGAINST YOU MAY IT BE IN
GATHERING OR IN ANY PROFESSIONAL
MEETINGS!!!"
